- Event Coordination My strategic thinking and detail-oriented nature allows me to put large events together. Some of the events I've coordinated are: the kick-off for the Touch a Little Life fundraiser, urban arts festival House of Paint, dance competition Capital Skillz and various workshops and meetings.
- Teaching I've taught dance to youth at the Urban Aboriginal Alternate High School, Canterbury High School and various dance studios. A big part of what I do is motivate kids to participate and find their strengths.

Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation	Administrative Assistant	Jul 2005 to Sep 2009

Created briefing books, arranged travel and accommodation, coordinated meetings, and contributed to a range of projects. Coordinated international video and teleconferences for 20 to 200 participants at CMHC. Arranged venues/equipment, prepared agendas and recorded minutes for company meetings.

Accomplishments

Algonquin College	Community Relations $10,000 Club Plaque	Dec 1969 to Dec 1969

Algonquin College	Winning SunTech Greenhouses PR contract	Dec 1969 to Dec 1969

We created a public relations plan to build awareness about this unique greenhouse, improve brand image and ultimately boost sales. Bob loved it! And we won the bid. www.suntech.ca

Night at the Round Tables – A success!

It’s an annual networking event that connects Algonquin College public relations students to top communications professionals in the Ottawa area.
